The Shipping and Areas in W.G. Davis and Science Building and in Maanjiwe nendamowinan function as the main Shipping and Receiving centres and inventory control operations for the UTM campus.

Courier items and deliveries destined for UTM can be delivered to one of two locations:

The loading dock at Davis Building and the Science building is accessible from Outer Circle, directly across from Parking Lot 8.
Maanjiwe nendamowinan Receiving

Location:
The loading dock at Maanjiwe nendamowinan is accessible from Parking Lot 1, off the northern section of Outer Circle.
Service Details:
- Receipt of goods from logistics companies
- Delivery of goods to campus departments
- Assisting coordination of shipments with various couriers
- Disposal of chemical and biological waste
- Supplying academic departments with:
- reagents
- solvents
- liquid nitrogen
- various gases
Hours of Operation:
Shipping and Receiving hours are from 8:30am - 5pm, Monday to Friday.
The Stores will be closed to all orders on the first Thursday of every month between 8:30am until 12pm to perform our monthly inventory count. During this time no purchases can be made and no inventory will be issued.
