As part of the New Science Building Project, the General Contractor will be renovating the Loading Dock Area located in W.G. Davis Building, Level 0.
This renovation will include demolition and construction (expansion) of the Loading Dock area.
This work has been already started and will be completed by October 2024.
The attached drawing shows the areas under construction. The picture below shows the Loading Dock area at Davis Building.

Noise & Vibration levels: High & High-Medium.
Noisy work is scheduled to take place throughout the months of February, March and April due to concrete preparation and pours.
While obstruction of Outer Circle is not anticipated, both drivers and pedestrians should be aware that construction-related vehicles will be entering and existing the roadway leading to the Loading Dock. Your patience is appreciated.
