Posting a Job
Jobs and Volunteer Opportunities
The three campuses at U of T share one central job board, which can be accessed by students and recent graduates (for up to 2 years after convocation) from all campuses. Our online job posting system will help you find the staff you need. Positions may be posted as full-time, part-time, summer, volunteer, casual, or internship. You can also post international opportunities.
To add your job posting, register or log in via the central University of Toronto employer site, CLN. It is free, easy to use, accessible 24/7 and available to students at all three University of Toronto campuses.
Your position will be posted online within 24 hours for students and recent graduates at all three campuses. Once registered, you will be able to preview your posting, make changes, and verify status of applications at any time.
Internships and Co-ops
The University of Toronto offers a variety of opportunities for students to participate in internships and co-ops at both the undergraduate and graduate levels on all three U of T Campuses.
An internship is a short-term work experience in which you provide training and experience in a specific field or career area to a student or a recent graduate. An internship can be paid or unpaid.
The important element that distinguishes an internship from a short-term job or community service is the intentional "learning agenda" that comprises the purpose of the intern. The purpose of the internship is to both provide learning and skill development for the student, an extra benefit of which is the provision of extra level of service, such as project work, to the organization that does not replace work done by regular employees.
U of T Mississauga Internship Office: Many programs at U of T Mississauga offer internship courses to senior level students, including Environment, Biology, Forensic Science, and CCIT among others.
