A graduate of the University of Toronto Mississauga, Wendy Chung has held progressive positions in finance, accounting and investment. After completing her studies at UTM, Chung worked as a financial analyst at Maple Leaf Foods and as a finance manager at Pepsi, and has furthered her education by earning her Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation.
To pursue her passion to make a direct difference in people’s lives, Chung decided to leverage her accounting and financial planning skills into a wealth management practice. As an investment and wealth advisor with RBC Dominion Securities, she offers her clients a balanced and holistic approach to wealth management. Her breadth of experience, expertise and credentials help ensure sound advice, expert execution and peace of mind for clients who require solutions for broad and complex wealth management needs.
To share her financial, career and business knowledge, Chung is involved in various professional and business communities. She speaks to several associations and professional groups.
During her downtime, Chung loves travel, art and food, and hosts entertaining events to connect great people and minds. Inspired by her travel experiences, in 2012, Chung created Culture.licious, a business which offers small cooking classes taught by a variety of home cooks and the opportunity to “discover the world, one kitchen at a time.” The classes have introduced students to the foods, cultures and histories of Panama, the Balkans, South India, Vietnam, and Korea.
