Sandro Iannicca earned a bachelor of science in 1983. Since that time, he has managed large consulting practices in the United States and Canada, and built a career dedicated to leadership assessment and development, high performance team design and development, executive coaching, performance management, succession planning, human resources strategy development and execution and organization design.
Iannicca founded SI Consulting Group (SICG), a management consulting firm that focuses in the human capital arena. Previously, he was the managing partner for the consulting group at MICA Management Resources in Toronto, headed the human capital group with Toronto's Mercer Human Resource Consulting and ran the workforce transition group for Bearing Point (formerly KPMG) in Dallas, Texas.
He has consulted to the private and public sectors in Canada, the U.S., Europe and the Middle East, working with a diverse group of organizations, including the Royal Bank of Canada, Sears, Aventis, the Ontario Public Service, Labatt and Microsoft.
Iannicca is also a sought-after faciltiator and guest on topics such as driving executive performance, retaining key talent, employee engagement and designing and delivering senior team effectiveness. He draws upon his experience working with organizations such as Federated Press, IQPC, Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario, the Director’s College and the University of Toronto.
Iannicca obtained his masters in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from California State University in Los Angeles and his Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Bowling Green State University. He is active in professional associations on both sides of the border.
